Venus withdraws from the NASDAQ-100 Open

World No. 10 Venus Williams has withdrawn from this week’s NASDAQ-100 Open in Miami, Florida.
The former tennis world No. 1 and 13-time Grand Slam champion withdrew with an elbow strain. Her sister Serena withdrew last week from Key Biscayne, claiming that she was not yet at a physical fitness level to compete.
