A Quick Look at the Draw for Roland Garros

I will be posting tomorrow a more extensive preview of Roland Garros, but I wanted to give a quick overview of the ladies singles draw. The draw was determined this morning at 11:30am in Paris, and it was done live for the first time over the internet.

As I live in CST, I dutifully set the alarm for 4:30am, but once I saw that it was just going to be an continuously updated draw sheet, I headed right back for bed. One small suggestion for the French: Overseas fans love the ability to keep up with the action online, but next time, could we please have live audio. Even if it is in French. It sure would have been a whole lot easier to stay awake for rather than a draw sheet with a revolving Roland Garros logo. Anyway, small rant over - back to the draw.
