Current world number three Justine Henin-Hardenne is a five-time singles Grand Slam Champion, but is she manages to win the title at the Championships at Wimbledon on July 8, she will add another impressive record to her resume; the completion of a career Grand Slam.
If Henin-Hardenne does indeed hoist the trophy at the end of Wimbledon, she will become only the tenth woman in tennis history to win Grand Slam titles at each of the four majors, The Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the US Open.
Henin-Hardenne has not been reluctant to admit how much she would love to win the Championships this year, and she has been playing spectacular tennis this season with a runner-up trophy at the Australian Open and the title at Roland Garros. Although she may five major titles to her credit, she definitely wants to add to her trophy collection.
“My goal is to win a few more, and I believe I can actually win Wimbledon, which is a big passion of mine,” Henin admitted earlier this week.
“I think the mental side will be very important at Wimbledon. These championships, like the whole of women’s tennis right now, are wide open.”

For what it is worth, my pick to win the title at Wimbledon is Henin-Hardenne. In fact, I will even go so far to say that by the end of the season, she may be seriously thinking about how her retirement at the Australina Open ruined her chance at the Grand Slam.
