World No. 1 Amelie Mauresmo may have had a rough road heading into Wimbledon, but she has put all her post-Roland Garros jitters completely behind her.

The top seed raced past Ivana Abramovic of Croatia in a crushing 6-0, 6-0 display of top quality tennis today at the Championships at Wimbledon. Mauresmo served during the match with an amazing 87% first serve percentage and only made nine unforced errors.

The 2006 Australian Open champion had a difficult run at Roland Garros a few weeks ago and was knocked out by Nicole Vaidisova in the fourth round. Her only tournament on grass leading into Wimbledon was at Eastbourne, but she was stunned in her opening round match by her fellow French countrywoman Nathalie Dechy.

Mauresmo will face the winner of the Michaella Krajicek/Samantha Stosur match.
