Aces and Faults: Lindsay Davenport to play Henin-Hardenne today at Pilot Pen

Lindsay Davenport needed six match points, but the defending champion managed to reach the final of the Pilot Pen tennis tournament in New Haven, Connecticut. Davenport set up a championship match against Justine Henin-Hardenne by knocking out Australia’s Samantha Stosur yesterday in two tiebreaks 7-6(3), 7-6(7). Henin-Hardenne reached the final after crushing Svetlana Kuznetsova 6-3, 6-3. CBS will be airing the ladies final today at 12:00PM ET, with ESPN2 rebroadcasting the match at 7:00PM ET.
