Sania Mirza has a chance to redeem herself today in the eyes of her adoring fans after her not-too-successful 2006 season. Mirza, who is one of India’s biggest celebrities, will be taking on Zheng Jie in the final of the Asian Games in Doha, Qatar. Sania has also reached the mixed doubles final with Leander Paes. Zina Garrison has been granted a one-year extension as Fed Cup captain for the United States. Garrison led the underdog squad from the USA to the semifinals before losing to Belgium 1-4.
