Kim Clijsters Museum Set to Open in Antwerp

Antwerp, Belgium is getting a new attraction for tourists and locals alike, a Kim Clijsters museum.

Kim Clijsters is one of Belgium’s most beloved sports celebrities, and she will be receiving a grand send-off at her final event in Antwerp at the Proximus Diamond Games.

The tournament has created a limited edition bobblehead doll for the first night Kim competes at the event, but now the attendees will have an extra-special treat, a chance to tour the “Kimuseum”.

“Kimuseum will display all the most important trophies that the tennis star from Limburg has won, as well as the so-called “Kim Clijsters-memorabilia”, including souvenirs and photos.” (Expatica)

The museum will be opening on February 11 in the Sportpaleis.
