I called it! I knew if it went to a third set, Serena would prevail. I love being right!!

However, it's a bitter sweet victory (for me), because although Serena is a great competitor and champion, I feel that Justine is the most underrated number one ever and she needed this win. Sure we in the tennis world know she's great, but I was hoping this win would show the public at large her skills and how she's just one of the most naturally gifted tennis players on the WTA tour.

Clay court season is coming up, and I'm sure Justine will be successful again.

I agree with anything but love...Serena is more than just power. She is able to bring her opponent out of position.
But being an amazing mover in the court as she is, I predict Justine to win.

its an oversimplification to describe Serena's game as "Power"
maybe im being too technical here but...bear this in mind, i watched Serena dismantle Sharapova's game in the Austalian Open. Serena outsmarted Sharapova, Serena dictated the flow play and moved her opponent out of position.

i admit there's quite a contrast between Justine and Serena phisicaly, but Justine packs quite a bit of power too. Serena's game is all too often judged by tennis commentators based on her physique/appearance. it seems few people will ever give her credit for being the intelligent player she is.

i like Serena but i think world number 1 Justine has been much more consistent. Justine will win :)

Serena Williams, and not Justine Henin, is the best and most formiddable player on the WTA Tour since Steffi Graf. This will be proven once again tomorrow as Serena wins her fourth career title at Miami.

Go Serena!

Well Will.I.Am - this one is pretty tough to call. I agree with Nick - the serve and especially the second serve will decide the winner.

I'm going to go with Serena - just because each time I've predicted a Williams sister would lose this year, she ended up winning! Plus Serena Williams is simply the best server in the women's game.

I did hear about Justine's breathing problems, but it sounds like whatever medication that she is on is helping to solve the problem. I'd hate to see her battle asthma and she is going to need every ounce of stamina headed into the grueling clay court season.

Aaress, you didn't give a prediction! If the match goes two-sets, I'm sticking with Justine, but if it stretches to 3 sets, I'm going with Serena.

You forgot to mention that Justine has been having trouble with her breathing all week, and admitted in her interview yesterday that it isn't 100% healed. She's been taking medication, and that mixed with the sun in Miami can have ill effects. Justine has been known to drop of major matches (2006 AO Final) for something as little as a stomach ache.

It should be an interesting match.

I'm just excited about the match...

I dont know who will win...if it was a few years ago I would pick Serena anytime, but it has been four years and Justine is not the same weaklink she was...what a final...

It will come down to who can serve better and who can attack the second serve!

Serena hasnt played anyone with Justine's varieties, so it will be something to watch.
