Alona Bondarenko (29/40) – Alona Bondarenko is back inside of the top 30 after reaching the final in Warsaw on Sunday.
Yung-Jan Chan (52*/57) – Chinese Taipei’s Yung-Jan Chan has reached a new career high of No. 52.
Victoria Azarenka (55*/68) – Seventeen year-old Victoria Azarenka is Belarus’ No. 1 tennis player and she has made her debut inside of the top 55.
Edina Gallovits (92*/101) – Romania’s Edina Gallovits is back inside of the top 100 after winning a Challenger event in Charlottesville last week.
Greta Arn (106/176) – Greta Arn played through the qualifying rounds of the Estoril Open for the Tier IV title and seventy ranking points.
Who’s Down
Kim Clijsters (5/4) – Clijsters dropped a spot, but she will soon be dropping off the rankings completely as soon as her retirement is official.
Jie Zheng (41/33) – China’s No. 3 fell out of the top 40 after failing to defend her title at the Estoril Open.
Elena Likhovsteva (63/54) – The Russian veteran has had a rough 2007 and continues to fall down the rankings.
