The Ordina Open, the only grass court tennis tournament in Netherlands, is a joint ATP/WTA Tour event. Despite it being only a Tier III, the 2007 event has managed to attract a solid field of players including world number three Jelena Jankovic.
Even though she had to play four matches in two days at the DFS Classic last week, Jelena Jankovic still walked away with the title after a thrilling defeat of Maria Sharapova in the final.
The competition in ‘s-Hertogenbosch won’t be easy for the top seed, especially with the possibility of meeting her fellow countrywoman and number two seed Ana Ivanovic for the title.
