Gisela Dulko (42/51) - Dulko won her second title of the 2007 season on Saturday at Forest Hills.
Who’s Down
Daniela Hantuchova (11/10) - Daniela Hantuchova finally regained her spot in the top 10 only a few weeks ago, only to fall out again after New Haven.

sony ericsson has made a mistake by stating
marion bartoli is number 10. what happened to
venus williams she won wimbledon this year. venus should be in the top ten not bartoli who did not win a major this year. please make a correction in this matter

Ms. Ethel,
The Sony Ericsson WTA Tour rankings take into account points from not only Grand Slams, but regular calendar events.
Even though Venus won Wimbledon, she still has not played enough tournaments in the past twelve months to boost her ranking back inside of the top 10. Yes, Bartoli has not won a major, but she has competed at more events (for more ranking points) than Venus.
Hope this helped explain why Venus is not technically back at the top of the game.
