Virginie Razzano (33*/39) - Razzano was awarded with a new career-high after winning her first Tour singles title with a win over Tzipora Obziler on Sunday in Guangzhou.
Victoria Azarenka (35*/38) - The only player from Belarus inside the top 50 reached the quarterfinals at the FORTIS Championships.
Dominika Cibulkova (47*/52) - Eighteen year-old Dominika Cibulkova finished in the semifinals at Guangzhou.
Flavia Pennetta (53/62) - Pennetta snapped her recent slump by reaching the semifinals at the Hansol Korea Open.
Tzipora Obziler (93/105) - The Israeli veteran returned to the top 100 after reaching the final at the Jinjiannan Guangzhou International Women’s Open.
