Serena Williams will not be participating in the upcoming Proximus Diamond Games in Antwerp.

Tournament officials confirmed on Tuesday that Williams, who recently withdrew the Open Gaz de France, will not be making the trip to Belgium for next week’s Tier II tournament.

Serena withdrew from Paris last week because of emergency dental surgery.

World No. 1 Justine Henin is expected to headline the tournament, along with six other members of the Top 20. One wild card is still available, which could possibly be awarded to Nadia Petrova or Elena Dementieva.
