Former world No. 1 Kim Clijsters and her husband Brian Lynch welcomed a new addition to their home on Wednesday.

The retired tennis Belgian star gave birth to a baby girl, Jada, this morning.

Jada was born at a hospital in Tongeren and weighed 6.69 pounds.

Kim Clijsters retired from professional tennis in May 2007, ending an illustrious career with thirty-four career singles titles, including the 2005 US Open, and nineteen weeks as the No. 1 player in the world.
