Ana Ivanovic might not reflect on her 2008 season-ending Championships with good memories about her tennis, but she found another reason to be cheerful on Thursday.
The 2008 Roland Garros champion celebrated her twenty-first birthday with a day away from competition and a special birthday cake in Doha.
Ivanovic celebrated the occasion at the VIP Village of the Khalifa International Tennis Complex, in the company of Sony Ericsson WTA Tour CEO Larry Scott, Tournament Director Karim Alami and the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour Staff.
She was given a cake, shaped like a tennis racquet, made by Le Notre Paris.
