I am extremely upset that a warrantied racquet has been denied by Babolat. All tennis officials that have seen this racquet feel it is defective. Through TennisPlaza.com I was told with no explanation it was denied. The racquet is only 4 months old and my son who is an up and coming player does not abuse or throw his racquet. I am not a wealthy woman and I do not have another $200 to replace a racquet that should be warratied. Please get back to me ASAP.
