I hated to see Wozniacki cool off but have loved Azarenka’s progression. I’ve been “watching” her for some time and was glad to see that she won two tournaments. I believe that if she hadn’t had heat illness in Australia, she could have beaten S. Williams. I think that she will be able to progress to a degree in which she can beat some of the top players.

Glad to see Dokic back and training at Bollettieri’s! I followed Dokic from when she began her professional career and I am glad to see her back. The strokes she was able to produce at AO were great and demonstrated that she is still able to make a dent in the top 10.

It will be interesting to see how Mirza’s training with Reyes will improve her game. It was Reyes who got Verdasco in shape for the AO. Otherwise we haven’t seen Mirza’s talent. It will be interesting to see if she has enough of the raw talent to benefit from Reyes.

Anyway it is good to see athletes who care so much and try to improve themselves with extra training.
