How To Hit With Topspin on Your Forehand Side

By creating a low-to-high motion of your tennis racket during contact, you can add more topspin to your forehand groundstrokes.

Pro tennis players create topspin by controlling how the racket and strings move across the back of the tennis ball during contact.
