By winning her fourth title of the year with her co-ranked number one doubles partner Liezel Huber, Black captured her fiftieth Sony Ericsson WTA Tour doubles victory.

Black is only the fourteenth woman in the history of tennis to achieve this feat. She begins her 120th career week as the world’s No.1 doubles player this week.

She spent her first 16 weeks at No.1 from October 17, 2005 to February 5, 2006. She spent two more between June 11 and 24, 2007, and began her third stint on July 9, 2007.

This week she has her 102nd (120th overall) week on top. Huber joined Black at No.1 on November 12, 2007 and this week spends her 84th straight week on top. Black is now third all-time on the weeks at doubles No.1 list, following Martina Navratilova (237) and Natasha Zvereva (124).
