Watch the 2009 US Open Tennis Draw Ceremony Live on ESPNews

For the first time ever, tennis fans can watch the US Open draw ceremony live on their televisions.

The draw for the 2009 tennis season’s final major tournament will be unveiled live from Bristol, Connecticut and will be aired uninterrupted on ESPNews from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27.

The draw for the 2009 tennis season’s final major tournament will be unveiled live from Bristol, Connecticut and will be aired uninterrupted on ESPNews from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27.

Defending champions Roger Federer and Serena Williams will join USTA President and Chairman of the Board Lucy Garvin for a viewing ceremony at The TimesCenter in Manhattan.

ESPN anchor Chris McKendry will host with Patrick McEnroe and Mary Joe Fernandez analyzing the draw.

    So where is it?? It’s the appointed hour and I’ve got nothing but Michael Vick chatter on both ESPN stations! I’m really disappointed.

    The draw ceremony was on ESPNews, one of the subsidiary channels of ESPN.
