Host nation Italy has named its roster of the four players who will compete in the upcoming Fed Cup by BNP Paribas final against the United States.
Flavia Pennetta and Francesca Schiavone will lead the Italian team into action on their home court in Reggio Calabria.
Also named to the team by captain Corrado Barazzutti were Roberta Vinci and Sara Errani.
The Fed Cup by BNP Paribas championship round will be staged outdoors on red clay at the Circolo del Tennis ‘Rocco Polimeni’ in Reggio Calabria, on November 7-8. United States Fed Cup captain Mary Joe Fernandez has named Serena Williams, Melanie Oudin, Liezel Huber and Alexa Glatch to her team.
