Loving the new look, Aaress – very chic!

I have to say, I will be completely disappointed in the whole thing if Serena wins. I’m not disputing her amazing achievements in her sport, I’m just not happy with her as a role model. It’s very sad.

    Thanks, Sapphisto! Appreciate it.

I think Serena could face some stiff competition from the swimmers, especially Pellegrini. Oh, and you can never count out Lindsay Vonn as well.

Serena deserves NOTHING relating to sportsmanship. I don’t deny her accomplishments in overpowering many of the other women players, but her attitude and actions leave a lot to be desired.

I think Serena deserves the honour for her hard work throughout the year everybody makes mistakes including some of the nominated people, true sportsmanship is about being fair.

I agree with cynie-people are STILL acting like Serena killed somebody! Obviously some people just can’t let things go…

yes, unfortunately serena’s deplorable behavior takes the shine off her on court successes – any awards given would tarnish the award!
Thanks for a great website forwomen’s tennis news!

Lindsay Vonn’s stock has risen, obviously. Should be interesting!
