Imagine two hula hoops on your opponent’s side of the tennis court (you’ll have to watch the video to see exactly where each hula hoop is!). Those are the only two targets you’re allowed to aim at when you’re in a baseline rally with your opponent.

Where you are on the tennis court is going to determine which hula hoop you’re allowed to hit at. Sometimes you’ll be permitted to hit at either one. The simple strategy outlined in this video is high-percentage and will have you winning more points the very next time you step on the court.
