Beginning on September 15, On the Baseline will feature live blog updates of all five matches in the Fed Cup final round between defending champion Italy and Russia.

Fans in the United States can watch the matches live on Tennis Channel, which will be covering every ball struck during the final matches, starting at 6:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 15.
